We started making our very own Proven Spirits with our partner distillery in Mexico in 2017. We use our Proven Spirits Vodka and Tequila to create all of our cocktails. We are proud to be one of the few breweries in Birmingham making both beer and spirits. We want every customer to be satisfied and are excited to have expanded menu options!
